Understanding and managing your own emotional life is a key to developing resilience and learning to solve problems without turning to food or alcohol for emotional comfort.

Self-Love
This is where we delve into that fundamental, all-important, rarely discussed topic of loving yourself, which is a critical component of a joyful, healthy life. There is so much life-altering wisdom in this module, you are going to be blown away. The Ongoing Journey
Let’s face it, maintaining your weight loss is hard, and I don’t want you to have to try to do this on your own. WHEN ARE THE LIVE CALLS?
Live calls will be on Tuesday evenings at 5pm Pacific, 8pm Eastern time. Once you sign up, you’ll get the schedule so you can add it to your calendar.
WHAT IF I MISS A LIVE CALL?
All calls are recorded and posted in the Private Facebook Community and on the Journey Beyond Weight Loss site. You can view them whenever it’s convenient to you.

WHEN DOES IT START?

WILL I HAVE TO BUY ANY SPECIAL FOOD OR SUPPLEMENTS?
Absolutely not! I believe our bodies thrive best when we eat whole foods. I do recommend certain supplements but these are supplements you can find in the health food section of your grocery store.
WILL I HAVE TO GIVE UP MY FAVORITE FOODS?
That depends on what your favorite foods are! If your favorite foods are processed sugar and flour products, and your brain is sensitive to these “foods,” you will find it easier if you begin to view them as toxins and give them up. The beauty of Journey Beyond Weight Loss is that as you move though the program, you will be feeling so good that you don’t miss these toxic foods at all!
